Update on Ahsoka's Clone Wars S7 earrings and LOCK ORDERS DATE~!

Hi friends! Just a few quick things to cover:
Limited edition items
After much consideration, I've decided to make Ahsoka's Clone Wars S7 lightsaber and shoto limitededition after the pre-order period has closed (more info on this below).

This doesn't affect you guys since Kickstarter backers and pre-orders have first "dibs" on the designs, but it does mean that when they are in my shop later this year, inventory will be limited and these items will not be restocked again once they sell out! For Kickstarter backers, you can continue adding to your orders until the end of the pre-order period when I'll lock orders and charge cards. This brings us to our next topic..
Locking orders on 4/25
I originally planned to lock orders in May, but seeing as how almost 90% of backers have completed their surveys on Backerkit, I decided to push up the date by a few weeks. This means that you can make any changes or additions to your orders until 4/24! After this date, you will not be able to make any edits to your order- this includes changing designs or shipping addresses.
If you'd like to add any items from the add-on store, you are more than able to, just use your original survey link.
For Kickstarter backers: please DO NOT go through the pre-order store as this will split up your orders into twoseparateorders. Please only go through the add-on store.
Charging cards 4/26
After orders are locked, I'll be charging payment cards on Monday, 4/26. This is fairly straightforward, but if there are any issues with the payment source, you will be notified individually via email and can update payment as needed.
Thank you guys! We were able to raise an additional $6000 from the Backerkit add-on store and I cannot thank you all enough. Really, truly, thank you!

Hello guys! Thank you so so much for your incredible patience these past few weeks. It took longer than expected for Kickstarter to process and transfer payment to me, and setting up Backerkit was not the easiest task! However, everything is all finalized and surveys will be rolling out within the next 24-48 hours~!
Since Backerkit can be a little tricky to use, and I realize it may be the first time for many people, I've compiled this step by step guide for how to complete the survey and purchase items from the add-on store. Please look over this guide before completing the survey and feel free to contact me if you have any additional questions!
Answering survey questions
You'll receive surveys based on your pledgetier. For this example, I'll be going through the $10 pin tier.
The first question for each pledge tier will ask you to select ONE item from that tier. For the $10 pin tier, you'll choose from Rebels Ahsoka, Droid Daddy, and Satine (see below).
Once you've selected your one design, you'll receive this notification on the next step. This is just a confirmation that the design you've selected has already been added to your cart. You don't need to select it again in the add-on store unless you'd like a duplicate/multiple (which is totally ok too!)
IMPORTANT READ for the lightsaber/blaster dangle earrings! If you did not pledge for/have no intention of adding lightsaber/blaster dangles to your order, please keep scrolling~
For Early Bird $19 and standard $20 tier backers who wanted the lightsaber/blaster earrings, your survey questions will look a little different.
Instead of picking a first design, you'll be selecting a first pair set up in a BUILD YOUR OWN style. The first question will ask you to select the first earring, and the second question will ask you to select the second earring. This constitutes one pair.
For example, if you wanted a pair of Ventress lightsabers, you'd simply select "Ventress" for BOTH questions 1 and 2. If you wanted to mix n match for the Ahsoka CW S7 set, you'd select "Ahsoka CW S7 lightsaber" for question 1 and "Ahsoka CW S7 shoto" for question 2. Blaster earrings will be set up in the same manner. If you are confused about any design names, please refer to the graphic on the survey or back to this Kickstarter!
The add-on store
Remember during the Kickstarter when you manually adjusted your pledge amount? All that extra pledge money has transferred over to the add-on store as credit! Now you'll be able to "spend" it!
You'll see on the right hand side of the page is your check out cart. The first item listed will be the design you selected in the survey, so that's already in your cart. Below that will list all the add-ons you put in your cart, and also the credit remaining. You can spend exactly to the dollar amount, or if you go over this amount, you can pay the difference via credit card or Paypal at final checkout. This is a great opportunity to add more designs to your order while still taking advantage of Kickstarter pricing!
For example, if you selected the $10 pin tier but pledged $30 for an additional pair of $20 earrings, your survey question in step one determines your $10 pin, and the $20 will show as credit in the add on store!
**If you are an early bird backer, your add-on store will look a bit different. You will see early bird discounted pricing for all the applicable Kickstarter items.
There are two categories in the add-on store. The first is Kickstarter items at the top, and towards the bottom you'll find items from my previous Star Wars series which you can add to your order for no additional shipping costs! Many of these items from my previous series are sold out or sell out quickly, so this is a great way to get everything you've had your eye on~
Here you'll be able to spend the remaining amount of your Kickstarter pledge by adding more items to your cart. It is fairly straightforward and works like a regular online store!
Address and confirmation
The last step is to confirm your order and pay for any additional items. There is no extra shipping fee for add-ons. This means if you paid $4 domestic shipping in the Kickstarter, that's all you're going to be charged and nothing extra, even if you add literallyeverything from the add-on store. Go crazy!!!
Note that since Kickstarter rewards take a little while longer to ship out, I understand if you have a change of address during this time! You'll be able to edit and reconfirm your shipping address until the lock date, which I'll announce ahead of time.
Lastly: payment charge date
Backerkit allows me to charge all payment cards on a certain date, and my estimated date right now is Wednesday, May 12, 2021. This gives you a little over ONE MONTH to fill out your surveys and order any additional items, though I highly encourage you to respond faster so we can start production in a timely manner!

Hello friends! Just a quick update to let you guys know that I've sent my Backerkit survey in for review, and it should be accessible some time next week. This step is mandatory and allows my Backerkit representative to go over all the steps with me before launching to make sure that everything runs smoothly. Before the surveys are released, I'll be sending out a BIG update with a step-by-step guide on how to use Backerkit and the add-on store. It can be a little tricky to navigate if it's your first time, but I promise it's actually super easy to use!
